Bonnie Barnett began her career in the promotional products industry in 1978 as the office manager for Marketing Incentives. She managed operations for the firm over a five year period assisting in growing the company from 1 million in sales to over 20 million in sales.
From the years 1984 to 1994 Bonnie piloted the companies prestigious company store division acting as liaison between clients, sales and vendors. She headed up the internal operations to fund and fulfill the programs and conceived and implemented marketing programs to keep the stores vibrant and moving merchandise.
In 1994 Bonnie decided to utilize her considerable skill set by starting her own promotional products firm, First Impressions. Her clients include Bose and Courier.
Bonnie is an active member in the Womens Success Network and the URCC, NVCC Chambers of Commerce. She has served on the board of WSN and earned the prestigious Ambassador of the Year award from the URCC chamber. She also piloted the Salvation Army Christmas drive for the Franklin Unit from 1995 to 1998.

Lisa Fosdick

Lisa began her career providing shipping and receiving services for Marketing Incentives. In 1988 Lisa was promoted and hit the pavement in sales knocking on doors. The hard work paid off and Lisa earned 8 consecutive sales person of the year awards at Marketing Incentives. In 1992 Lisa won the Industry's overall sales achievement award as well as Marketing Supplier of the Year award from one of her clients (Veryfine Fruit Juices & Drinks) .
From 1994 to 1998 Lisa offered sales training through her own company, Skys the Limit, and in April of 1998 she joined Adventures in Advertising as Director of Training. In this role she trained over 750 franchise locations to sell promotional products and manage a business. In 2000 Lisa was promoted to Director of their online company store division, Ful Net.
2002 found Lisa with two small children and a desire to be back on the road! She teamed up with Bonnie (her Mom) to offer clients the most talented, experienced and creative promotional product team in the industry!
